A $100 check will not be granted for renewing an existing lease. If you (or anyone leasing with you) have signed a previous lease agreement you will not qualify to receive the $100. If you found the property using services or persons other than "www.landcoapartments.com" with a guest card as proof, you will not qualify to receive the $100.
When visiting a property, you or your leasing agent must put in writing that you used "www.landcoapartments.com" to find your apartment. It is very important to let the property's leasing agent know you found their listing on the Land & Company website by writing "www.landcoapartments.com" on any and all paperwork you are asked to complete (such as a guest card or lease application). Without this written proof that you found your apartment through the Land & Company web site, you may jeopardize your ability to collect the $100.
Only one person per lease is eligible to receive the $100.
Only one $100 will be granted per lease signed. If different co-signers of the same lease submit seperate claim forms requesting $100, it will be divided equally.
